Welcome, I’m Kristen Bolian, a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals navigate life’s changes with compassion and open-mindedness. With 15 years of experience in mental health counseling, specializing in substance abuse and addiction recovery, I provide a safe space where a client can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve personal growth. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interview, mindfulness, self-awareness, and solution-focused therapy. I believe in tailoring treatment to meet each person’s unique needs and fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and respect.
